Shortcrust pastry with creamy brie cheese and a centre of beetroot and apple compote.  Served with new potatoes and a dressed side salad.

A lightly grilled salmon fillet served with a jacket potato and a side salad.

Festive Burger

A prime Angus beef burger in a toasted brioche bun, loaded with brie and cranberry, lettuce, red onion and tomato.
